Bombay Biryani
Bombay Biryani is very popular in Sub-continent especially in India and Pakistan.
Ingredients for Lamb /chicken
Potato 3 nos
Tomatoes six no.
Rice: 1 kg
Onion: four no
Lemon: four no
Salt as you like
Yogurt – 1 cup
Ginger garlic paste
Green chillies as you like
Whole black peppers : six no
Black cumin seeds – 1 tsp
Red chilli powder as you like
Coriander powder – 2 tbsp
Hot milk one cup
Orange colour
Oil
How to cook:
First of all wash meat / chicken pieces as you required made a ginger garlic paste, red or
green chilli as required or you like, two lemon and salt as you like, wait for half an hour fry onion in oil until golden/ redish or brown, add onion, fry well as you like. add potato and tomato, Now you dish is ready for serve take a pan and make meat and masala layer, then another layer of rice again repeat this step.
Presentation is very important in all cooking just take some salad and presnet in a big dish.
